Life and Favor has done a fantastic job with my Mother, who has late onset dementia. Nicole has been assigned to her and we couldn't ask her to do a better job. Not only is she an excellent care professional, she cares about what she does. She is patient and allows space for my mother to live without restriction, while maintaining her safety and memory care.
